Acid Reflux Disease

The acid reflux disease is the condition of continuing to vomit a little bit at a time triggered by stomach acid.

Eating light at night and less food in general are the first recommendations for a proper acid reflux disease diet.

As with the topic of food and diet in general there are very contradicting opinions about acid reflux disease and diet. It is recommended to evaluate several sources before following a recommendation.
